Exciting news for Westmeath Craft Makers!

 

We are delighted to announce that Westmeath Community Development has secured 2023-2027 LEADER funding for a new Craft Enterprise Development Programme. 

This practical programme is designed to help you strengthen your business, develop your products and collections, attract new customers and showcase your work professionally.

What’s included?

Over the next few months, you’ll take part in:

• 3 practical business & product development workshops covering business growth, product development, branding, storytelling, pricing, presentation and finding new markets.
• Support to develop or refine a product or collection and create a practical action plan for your business.
• A dedicated promotional video experience, including a workshop and one-to-one mentoring with a professional videographer. You’ll have the opportunity to create a finished video showcasing your craft, products and business — perfect for your website and social media.

• Thursday 29^th October – Bloomfield House Hotel
• Thursday 12^th November - Mullingar E.T.I. Cntr
• Thursday 26^th November - Mullingar E.T.I. Cntr
• Additional Videography workshop – date & location to be confirmed for January 2027
• One-to-one videography mentoring – dates to be confirmed (this is a half day per participant)
